By using our Site, you confirm that:

3. Products & Orders

  • Our products are designed from scratch by our brand, from the shape and structure to the colors, prints, and finishing details. Once the design is finalized, each product is professionally produced by skilled seamstresses using high-quality materials and careful workmanship.

  • Products are described and photographed as accurately as possible.

  • Please note that slight variations in size or measurements may occur due to the production process.

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order for any reason (such as out of stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in [your chosen default currency, e.g., ILS (₪)], with the option to view other currencies via our currency conversion app (for display purposes only).

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s approved payment gateways.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • At the moment, we ship within Palestine only.

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

  • Once we hand over your order to the courier, delivery times may vary due to customs, postal delays, or local conditions beyond our control.

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect shipping details entered at checkout.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is:

    • Unused

    • In its original condition

    • With original packaging intact

  • Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, including photos of the issue.

  • Approved returns must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.

  • All content on this Site (including designs, logos, images, and text) is the property of Cutie Keepers and protected under copyright law.

  • You may not reproduce, copy, or use our materials without prior written permission.
